Showing great minds think alike as two friends partnered to launch Rocket Lube & Car Wash.  The business is a tribute to Michael J. Adams, father to Brent S. Adams, an astronaut who died November 15, 1967 during his test flight of an X-15 (a hypersonic precursor to modern spacecraft).  Partnered with Michael K. Sampognaro the doors opened in May 2006.  Customers can browse the store which is filled with memorabilia such as an  authentic flight suit, several articles and  pictures  of  Michael  J.  Adams.
